Handcrafted Nantucket Heritage
Handsewn for over fifty years by renowned German seamstress Lia Marks, the CPO jacket was inspired by the classic shirt jacket worn by Chief Petty Officers in the Navy. Upon Lia's retirement, the jackets ceased production. After years of requests from our customers, we set out to honor Lia's legacy by bringing the jackets back into production, committed to upholding the quality and precision she was famous for. We celebrate Lia and our Nantucket Looms handweaving tradition by announcing the return of the CPO jacket; a new generation of this iconic piece, created using the same patterns and techniques as the originals.
