Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Most purchases are shipped to arrive within 5 to 7 business days of receipt of the order. As closely as possible, the rates that we charge for shipping and handling fees at checkout are an accurate reflection of the rates that we incur from our shipping partners to safely package and deliver your order, and ensure that it meets the highest expectations.

Note: Sorry, but we do not ship to P.O. or APO Boxes at this time.

All orders are shipped by UPS Ground. Furniture orders will be drop-shipped by our partners.

Pre-Order:

Our Pre-Order button allows you to order items that are not immediately available for shipping and, therefore, won't ship until a later date. You can expect your pre-ordered items to arrive by the expected delivery date, which is shown for each pre-order on its product page. 
Pre-ordered items may arrive sooner than the expected delivery date. Please also note that the expected delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. You will be notified via email if there is an issue that will delay your delivery beyond the expected delivery date.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee Return Policy:

At Nantucket Looms, we take pride in the quality of our merchandise.  We’re confident that the quality of our merchandise will meet, if not exceed, your expectations. 

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly offer you an exchange or refund of the merchandise price within 30 days of receipt of product. Please note that return shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is incorrect or damaged. In that case, we ask that you contact our Customer Care team prior to sending the item back, so that we can provide you with a return shipping label and expedite your replacement order.

To return an item for any other reason, simply return to the address below and the unused items with the receipt and all original packaging to:

Returns are refunded in the original payment form, less shipping and handling. Returns sent via USPS that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender. Please note that "final sale" items are not returnable or exchangeable except for manufacturing defect.  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
