Our Satisfaction Guarantee Return Policy:
At Nantucket Looms, we take pride in the quality of our merchandise. We’re confident that the quality of our merchandise will meet, if not exceed, your expectations.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly offer you an exchange or refund of the merchandise price within 30 days of receipt of product*. Please note that return shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is incorrect or damaged. In that case, we ask that you contact our Customer Care team prior to sending the item back, so that we can provide you with a return shipping label and expedite your replacement order.
To return an item for any other reason, please note your reason for return on the reverse of your packing slip and simply mail us the unused item and all its original packaging along with the receipt to the address below:

Please note that "final sale" items are not returnable or exchangeable except for manufacturing defect.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

*CUSTOM ORDERED FURNITURE
Furniture orders placed online are ordered especially for you and may not be cancelled. We do not accept returns on these items.
Custom furniture orders may not be canceled. When you submit your order online, it is instantly entered into our database, your order confirmation email is sent, and your payment is verified by our system. A sample of your fabric as well as the details of your order will be mailed to you the next business day. We are available to assist you Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5:30 pm (EST).
PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
Because every order is custom and made especially for you, production and shipping can take up to 4-7 weeks.
INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY
Once furniture is delivered, inspect for any damages. Damages must be taken up with the delivery driver.
All furniture is excluded from sales and discount codes.
Rug orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After 12 hours, you submit your order online, it is instantly entered into our database and your payment is verified by our system.
Rugs returned due to buyer's remorse will receive a 15% restocking fee. If Rug is damaged, a full refund for cost of merchandise will be issued.
All rugs are excluded from sales and discount codes.
