Please allow up to 5-7 business days before your order has shipped. Orders that have shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
If your item has arrived damaged, please fill out a request for return at returns.nantucketlooms.com or email returns@nantucketlooms.com.
In the event of a return, customer will bear full responsibility for all aspects of packaging, delivery to the carrier, and any damages sustained during the shipping process. Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from the total refund.
