Inspection Upon Delivery
Once furniture is delivered, inspect for any damages. Damages must be taken up with the delivery driver.

Return Policy
Furniture orders placed online are ordered especially for you and may not be cancelled. We do not accept returns on these items.

Cancellations
Custom furniture orders may not be canceled. When you submit your order online, it is instantly entered into our database, your order confirmation email is sent, and your payment is verified by our system. A sample of your fabric, as well as the details of your order, will be mailed to you the next business day.
