Our Satisfaction Guarantee Return Policy:

At Nantucket Looms, we take pride in the products we offer.  We’re confident that the quality of our merchandise will meet, if not exceed, your expectations. 

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly offer you an exchange or refund of the merchandise price within 30 days of receipt of product. Please note that return shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is incorrect or damaged. In that case, we ask that you contact our Customer Care team prior to sending the item back, so that we can provide you with a return shipping label and expedite your replacement order.

To return an item for any other reason, please visit our Returns Center  and follow the instructions.

Please note that "final sale" and other select items are not returnable or exchangeable except for manufacturing defect. 

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
