Production & Shipping Because every order is custom and made especially for you, production and shipping can take up to 4-7 weeks. Inspection Upon Delivery Once furniture is delivered, inspect for any damages. Damages must be taken up with the delivery driver. Return Policy Furniture orders placed online are ordered especially for you and may not be cancelled. We do not accept returns on these items. Cancellations Custom furniture orders may not be canceled.
