Susan Coyne

Susan's artistic abilities flow through her veins, quite literally. Coming from a family of weavers, illustrators, and musicians, she has been creating her entire life, whether it is basket making, jewelry, sewing or knitting. Nantucket is her muse, providing Susan with shades of color and hues of gray to incorporate into her still lifes and landscapes. An island homeowner since 1973, Susan's connection to the island is an emotional one, where she years to return to her studio on Union Street in May of each year.
