Included inside each gift box is a box of 100 "strike anywhere" matches. Strike anywhere matches are also for sale on our website and the internet. Our matches are made to ignite on various rough surfaces, while ordinary "strike on box" kitchen matches are made to be struck on the side of their box. The difference between strike anywhere matches and typical kitchen matches is the amount of phosphorus at the tip of the match. Regular household kitchen matches will not light on our match strikes.
