A highly notable Nantucket artist, who has closely studied and follows the techniques of the old masters, Elle Foley represents here a scene that can only be found in one of Nantucket’s harbors- three dinghies resting near shore. Captured en plein aire, this eyeful oil painting will add a touch of whimsy to any home.
