Pirate Flags 1 | Eric Holch

Eric Holch’s Pirate Flag print series, made of original silkscreen prints, are inspired by the artist’s grandson’s interest in pirates. After some research, Holch found that many pirates had their own version to identify themselves, and hopefully to strike fear in their prey to surrender without a fight! In their simplicity they are terrific graphic designs accomplishing their goals and creating some of worlds first “branding”.
