Rugs are shipped to you directly from our partners and are expected to be shipped and delivered within 5-7 business days of ordering. Someone from our team will reach out should there be a delay.
This item is not available for instore pick-up or island delivery.
Cancellations
Rug orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. 12 hours after placing an order, the order is instantly entered into our database and your payment is verified by our system.
Return Policy
Rugs returned due to buyer's remorse will receive a 15% restocking fee. If Rug is damaged, a full refund for the cost of merchandise will be issued.
