To complement our own signature textile pieces, Nantucket Looms represents a number of different artisans, including over 40 local artists working in various mediums. We feature paintings by local artists Ken Layman and Robert Stark, Jr. as well as Joan Albaugh, MJ Dickson, Elle Foley, Katie Trinkle Legg, and Elizaberth Taft.
We showcase traditional bone and ivory carvings done by Robert Chase and Mark Sutherland, and fine jewelery created by Susan Lister Locke and Trillios. We also represent a variety of textile artisans from handwoven rugs created by Nantucket's own Hilary Anapol, as well as Robin Goss, and Sarah Hotchkiss, to tapestry pieces created by Rebecca Jusko.
